Atallah Atallah is a project management and claims professional based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He has over 13 years of experience in Project Management, Contracts & Subcontracts Management, Claims Preparation and Planning. Atallah has wide experience in the Civil, MEP & Fitout project.  Atallah is actively involved in preparation and defense of construction delay claims, contracts administration & dispute resolution. Atallah is a qualified Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, MSc. in Construction Management and MSc in Construction Law.

He has held construction and project management positions with Consultants and Contractors in Jordan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates where he has been resident for the past 12 years. This vast experience has enabled Atallah to become a specialist in project management, Contracts Administration, and delay analysis.

His experience portfolio includes many prestigious and successful projects throughout UAE, Kuwait, KSA and Jordan, including shopping malls, hotels, schools, infrastructure, high rise buildings, power stations, housing development, industrial buildings, and oil and gas installations.

Atallah has been assisting in the preparation of expert witness reports for major arbitration cases.
