Adjudication is a procedure for resolving conflicts in ongoing projects in an attempt to avoid project’s suspension and to maintain project’s cash flow ongoing.

Once our experts are assigned in the capacity of adjudication board, we will immediately deal with each and every conflict which is referred to the

board through providing a binding but not final decision which should be immediately enforced by the parties; however, the parties shall still have

the right to escalate such conflict to arbitration or litigation.
